Our services in detail
Sorting analyses and sampling Sorting analyses are carried out to determine the volumes and content of waste material flows with the general aim of analysing the waste material flows in as much detail as possible, on the one hand in order to verify the concepts currently in place and the payment flows and on the other to plan future projects such as the introduction of a recyclables bin. We carry out sample sortings for commercial and public waste disposal companies, system operators, recyclable waste brokers and also planning and inspection government agencies.
Certification of waste recovery and recycling plants in accordance with VerpackG specifications Communique 37 issued by Germany's waste working group Länderarbeitsgemeinschaft Abfall (LAGA) and the Germany Packaging Law contain certain obligations for recycling plants with regard to the acceptance of recycled plastics, plastic and paper composites packaging waste and liquid packaging boards in the material flow documentation to be submitted by dual system and industry solution operators. These recycling plants furnish the respective proof through certificates issued by officially appointed and sworn experts for packaging waste disposal or environmental verifiers. We audit and certify your treatment or recycling plant in accordance with the provisions of LAGA Communique 37. In the course of this, we value mutual communication and provide sound advice as we audit.
Plastics recycling company certification in accordance with the EuCertPlast classifications The certification scheme was originally initiated by Plastics Recyclers Europe with the aim of the development of a clear European auditing system for the certification of plastic waste recycling firms. The EuCertPlast certificate has now become an established standard amongst plastics recycling companies and their customers that confirms the quality of the supplied materials and their environmentally-compatible production. We are happy to advise you with regard to certification under the EuCertPlast scheme and can certify your recycling plant. The certificate is also accepted as material flow documentation within the scope of the German Packaging Ordinance.
Assessment of the RAL UZ 30a basic award criteria requirements for applying for the "Blue Angel" eco-label award An essential criterion for obtaining the permission to use the "Blue Angel" eco-label on products made from recycled plastics is an EuCertPlast certification and a confirmation that the products are made from least 80% of recycled plastic granules issued by an officially appointed and sworn packaging waste disposal expert (Annex 3 of RAL UZ 30a). We provide you with comprehensive support during the eco-label application process, from the certification of the recycling plant to the drawing up of Annex 3 and communicating with RAL gGmbH, which awards the "Blue Angel".
Commercial Waste Ordinance (GewAbfV): documentation, inspection and confirmation of seperate collection quota The new Commercial Waste Ordinance (GewAbfV) applies to all commercial waste producers nationwide and obliges them to separately collect numerous types of waste at the point of origin. For companies that can demonstrate a separate collection quota for these types of waste of at least 90 percent by mass, the newly prescribed sorting obligation for waste is no longer applicable. We support you in the implementation of the new requirements and in particular in the documentation and confirmation of your separate collection quota.
Auditing of and advice on material flow documentations For dual system and industry solution operators, the material flow documentation according to Section 6 Paragraph 1 and 2 in conjunction with Annex I No. 1 of the German Packaging Ordinance is a key element that must be submitted to the respective regional government authorities every year. We meticulously and reliably audit and produce this material flow and partial material flow documentation.
